We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your plan, you may request a full refund within this timeframe.
Refunds are available for: initial consultations paid at full rate; personalized plan packages within 14 days of purchase; guidance packages that have not begun consultation sessions. Refunds are not available after the support period has commenced or consultation sessions have been conducted.
To request a refund, contact us at info@musclesjoint.world with your order details. Provide your name, purchase date, and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to display the credit.
You may cancel guidance sessions scheduled more than 48 hours in advance with full refund of that session's prorated amount. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Free initial assessments cannot be refunded. Materials provided electronically cannot be returned. Consultation sessions completed cannot be refunded.
Refunds may be denied if: the refund period has expired; consultation sessions have begun; materials have been fully accessed; the request appears fraudulent.
